At FLANUTS, we are committed to delivering your favourite dry fruits, seeds, and healthy snacks safely and conveniently to your doorstep. We partner with DTDC Air Services to ensure reliable and efficient shipping across our serviceable locations in India.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

2. Shipping and Delivery

FLANUTS uses DTDC Air Services to ship orders to eligible delivery locations across India.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, and other operational factors.
Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Free-shipping offers, when available, will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned on our website or promotional materials.
Any applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout, where available.

5. Shipping Address and Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including their name, address, PIN code, and active phone number.

FLANUTS cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete information is provided. Address corrections after dispatch may not be possible and may result in additional delivery time or charges.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the shipment is refused, DTDC may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to the sender in accordance with its applicable procedures.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Although we take care to dispatch orders securely, unexpected shipping issues may occasionally occur.

If your shipment is delayed, appears lost in transit, or arrives with visible damage, please contact FLANUTS customer care with your order number and supporting photographs, where applicable.

We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the issue and help resolve it in accordance with our applicable policies and consumer protection laws.

8. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect product, a missing item, or a damaged product, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please retain the original packaging and share your order details and supporting photographs or an unboxing video, where available, to help us investigate your concern.

Eligible claims will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with our Return, Refund and Replacement Policy and applicable laws.

9. Changes to Shipping Details

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

Address changes can generally be accommodated only before dispatch and are subject to operational feasibility. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, changes may not be possible.
